Domaine De Palatz, near Carcassonne: for enquires/reservations; email us directly through the email on the web site; domainedepalatz@gmail.com so that we may confirm availability in order to make a 'Provisional Reservation'

  1. The property known as Domaine De Palatz is offered for holiday rental subject to confirmation by Iola Jaiyeola the 'Owner' to the 'Client' The rental includes the use of the Cottages Gites for the period, the cost of water, electricity, and the use of bed linen.

  2. To confirm the reservation we require a non-refundable 50%deposit. The balance must be paid no later than 8 weeks before arrival, together with a security deposit of 200 €

  3. Security deposit; The full amount of the security deposit will be refunded within 2 weeks of departure, provided there have been no breakages, losses, damage to the property or furnishings or the need for additional cleaning. The sum reserved by this clause shall not limit the 'Client' liability to the 'Owner'

  4. Cancellation; No money can be refunded in the event of a cancellation. Please take a holiday cancellation insurance. The use of the 'Property' is entirely at the 'Client's' own risk and you should ensure that you are sufficiently insured in case of accident, injury, loss of property. In the unlikely event of our being unable to provide the property after the reservation has been confirmed, you will be offered a choice of an alternative date, or a full refund.

  5. The 'Owner' shall not be liable to the 'Client' ; for any temporary defect or stoppage in the supply of public services to the 'Property', nor in respect of any equipment, plant, machinery, garden, swimming pool, for any loss, damage or injury, which is the result of adverse weather conditions, riot, war, strikes or other matters beyond the control of the 'Owner' Inconvenience caused to or suffered by the 'Client' if the 'Property' shall be destroyed or substantially damaged before the beginning of the rental period and in such event, the 'Owner' shall within seven days of notification to the 'Client' refund the 'Client' all sums previously paid in respect of the rental period.

  6. In the unlikely event of a problem arising while you are at the property, you should kindly contact the 'Owner' in France. We cannot deal with complaints after your departure, if we are not made aware of them during your stay.

  7. Arrival should be at 4.00pm. If you intend to arrive later , kidly inform 'Owners'.

  8. Departure should be by 10.00am

  9. The property will be clean and tidy on the arrival of the 'Client' who is responsible for leaving it in the same condition, otherwise charges may be made for additioal cleaning.
